c8777's commitment to responsible gaming
c8777 believes gaming should be a source of fun — not stress or problems. Our safety tools and support systems help you stay within your limits while enjoying the experience.
Why age restrictions matter
The minimum age to open an account and place bets at c8777 is 21 years. This is not just a rule — it is part of our responsibility to protect younger people from potential harm. We believe online betting is an adult entertainment activity and should be enjoyed with awareness.
We verify age at the time of account registration. If any information is inconsistent, the account may be temporarily suspended until identity is confirmed. If you suspect a minor is using someone's account, please notify our support team.
If there are children or teenagers in your household, make sure they cannot access your c8777 account — do not share your password and always log out.
Core principles of safe gaming
- Only bet amounts that, if lost, will not affect your household finances.
- Do not think of betting as a source of income — it is entertainment.
- Set a fixed time and money limit for your daily betting.
- Avoid placing emotional bets to try to recover money you have lost.
- Do not bet while drinking or under mental stress.
- Keep spending time with family and friends and continue your other hobbies.
- If something feels wrong, take a break immediately and seek support.
Safety tools
c8777 gives you full control over your own gaming — from deposit limits to self-exclusion, everything is in your hands.
Set deposit limits
Daily, weekly, or monthly — you decide the maximum amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately once set. To increase a limit, a waiting period applies — so you do not make decisions in the heat of the moment.
Time-out break
Want to take a break for a few days? Use the time-out feature to pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in and no betting will take place.
Self-Exclusion
If you want a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. Your account can be closed for 6 months, 1 year, or longer. Once the period is set, there is no option to reopen it early, which keeps your commitment firm.
Reality check reminders
A reminder will appear at set intervals — showing a summary of how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. This keeps you aware of your situation and helps you make rational decisions.
Reviewing your gaming history
Log in to your account at any time to view your betting history — when, how much, and which game you wagered on is all available transparently. Understanding your own patterns makes it easier to make informed decisions.
24/7 support service
c8777's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both Bengali and English. Contact us via live chat or email at [email protected] — any discussion related to gambling problems is kept completely confidential.
Signs of problem gambling
Every player loses sometimes — that is normal. But certain signs indicate that gaming has gone beyond entertainment and become a problem. Ask yourself these questions:
- 1 Do you bet again to try to recover money you have lost ("chasing losses")?
- 2 Do you hide your betting from family or friends?
- 3 Do you keep playing while cutting back on food, sleep, or time with your family?
- 4 Have you tried to stop betting but been unable to?
- 5 Have you used money meant for household expenses on betting?
- 6 Do you feel restless or irritable when you cannot play?
If the answer to even one of the above is "yes", take a break and contact c8777 support. Acknowledging the problem is the first step toward a solution.

Seek professional support
There are various mental health organizations and counselling services in Bangladesh. Bring a family member or trusted friend along — if you cannot cope alone, seek professional advice.
Financial control and limits
Staying in control of your money is the foundation of responsible gaming. c8777 has set a minimum deposit amount so players do not take on large risks.
Deposit limits
The minimum deposit at c8777 is ৳200. This limit applies regardless of the method — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. If you set your own daily or weekly limit, it cannot exceed this minimum.
Set a budget — only allocate an amount that, if lost, will not affect your daily life. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one has a short waiting period.
Withdrawal policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Your funds usually arrive in your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account within 1 hour. With fast withdrawals available, withdrawing your winnings right away is a smart move — it reduces the temptation to bet again.
When you win, withdraw some of it straight away and think twice before playing with the rest — that is the habit of a responsible player.
Payment method security
c8777 processes transactions only through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These mobile banking methods have their own daily transaction limits, which helps keep overspending in check. Never share your mPIN with anyone.
Account security
Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. Always log out after using your account, especially on a shared device. If you notice any unusual activity, report it to [email protected] immediately.
c8777's commitment
c8777 is not just an entertainment platform — we are committed to building a responsible online gaming environment. Our goal is for every player to be able to play safely, happily, and with awareness.
We believe genuine enjoyment only comes when gaming is in control. That is why we have built tools into our platform to help you stay within your limits — without any pressure. We do not promote the idea that playing more means earning more; instead, we say that playing within the right limits is the path to real enjoyment.
c8777's support team is with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both Bengali and English. If you ever feel gaming is getting out of control, come to live chat or write to [email protected] — we will help without judgment.
Remember: gambling is entertainment, not a livelihood. Your mental and financial wellbeing is always more important than any game. Play responsibly, stay well.
